MentAll® is a mentoring network created by the Technology Transfer Unit of the University of Aveiro (UATEC), within the scope of the NOE – Northwest Entrepreneurship project, financed by COMPETE 2020. Its main objectives are to support and consolidate entrepreneurial initiatives, encouraging the sharing of experiences, know-how and skills between entrepreneurs and mentors.

Through this sharing, the more experienced mentor adds value to the entrepreneur's project and improves the conditions for its success. Among other points of value, the mentor enhances the definition of the business model strategy, as well as the network of contacts with partners and clients, also providing technical-scientific knowledge of the sector and management knowledge.
